Tasting Notes – The Tahuna Chardonnay is made in a fruit forward style with intense characters of stonefruit and citrus characters. The palate is full flavoured with an elegant hint of oak to add interest without dominating. There is a beautiful acid balance which adds length and balance. It is made in an early drinking style, but can be cellared for 3-4 years.
