A layered and structured Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc showing passionfruit and guava, with citrus zest and subtle herbal notes. Focused and textural on the palate, with concentrated fruit, fresh acidity and a long, clean finish.

Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Tahuna’s Marlborough vineyards across a range of soil types including gravel, silt and clay loam. Selected parcels from the Awatere and Wairau Valleys combine natural tension from cooler Awatere sites with depth and ripeness from the Wairau Valley.

Cool fermented in stainless steel using a range of yeast strains. Extended time on selected parcels enhances structure and mouthfeel while retaining freshness and clarity.
